The use of the site www.emobot.fr implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use are likely to be modified or completed at any time, the users of the site are thus invited to consult them regularly. They may be modified at any time and without notice by EMOBOT. The company EMOBOT cannot be held responsible in any way for any misuse of the service.
This site is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance may however be decided by the director of production.
The site is updated regularly by the director of publication. In the same way, the legal mentions can be modified at any time: they are nevertheless imposed to the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to take note of them.
The purpose of the site is to provide information concerning all of the company's activities.
EMOBOT strives to provide information on the site as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in the updating, whether they are of its own making or of the making of third-party partners who provide it with this information.
All the information on the site is given as an indication, and is likely to evolve. Moreover, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having been made since it was put on line.
The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. Moreover, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent equipment, free of viruses and with a last generation updated browser.
EMOBOT is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds with the exception of trademarks, logos or contents belonging to other partner companies.

The data collected through the contact form of the site are collected by EMOBOT under your express consent formalized by a check box.

6.1. Confidentiality
Your personal data are confidential and will not be communicated to third parties except for the possible good execution of the service ordered by the Internet user. The duration of conservation of the data is of 3 years (as from the last contact emanating from the prospect, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL). You have the right to ask the data controller for access, rectification, deletion or portability of your personal data. You can also ask for a limitation of the processing or oppose the processing of data concerning you.

The site contains hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of the director of publication. However, the director of publication does not have the possibility of checking the contents of the sites thus visited, and consequently will not assume any responsibility as a result.
